COURSE OBJECTIVES

At the end of the symposium, attendees will be able to:
1. Identify proper medical advances in the areas of prevention and treatment of device-related infections.
2. Apply proper surgical interventions in patients with device-related infections.
3. Address future perspectives regarding surface-modified medical devices.

education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Washington University designated this educational activity for a maximum of 11.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

NURSING ACCREDITATION/CREDIT
Lynn Hadaway Associates, Inc. is an accredited provider of continuing education for nurses by the California Board of Registered Nurses, CEP 13546. Upon attendance of the program, the nursing participants will receive a certificate of completion for 11.25 contact hours.
EVALUATION
Evaluation by a questionnaire will address program content, presentation, and bias by faculty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations must be made in writing (fax to 713 799 5058) prior to May 1, 2010. Registration fee, less 25% administrative fee, will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after May 1, 2010.
